My new stand doesn't have enough for me to use the standard 1 gal containers for my doser that I have used for years.

Looking online the VOSS Water 800ML (Glass) containers seem to be a pretty solid choice people go with:

I want to build this, but I can't find this water in this size anywhere and I'm too cheap to buy a 12 pack for almost $40 on Amazon. Anyone know where they sell them locally?

Walmart? Gas station?

I think I found mine at Walmart. It was voss sparkling water haha.

Bought 1/4” push lock bulkhead fittings and check valves from amazon. 5/8” (I think) rubber gasket rings to seal bulkhead fittings from ACE. Works well.

You wont find them in this size, locally.
After looking locally to no avail last year, I bought three on Amazon for about $20 shipped.

I would split that 12 pack with you though lol

Found them, One of the HEB stores had them!! I basically had to change my store about 10 times before I found it. Just went to the store and here I am drinking sparkling water.
I stand corrected. Glad you found them cheap.

so im curious whats the point of these dosing pumps
When water changes just aren’t enough to replace cal, alk and mag mainly. A lot of people dose 2 part which is normally cal and alk. Some also dose mag as well. I’ve used dosing pumps it was eh it gets expensive for bigger tanks that demand more. But for smaller tanks it works pretty good. I personally use kalkwasser in my ato it’s the easiest way to replenish those elements and such(alk is technically a compound but hope u get the point) sorry @Tenny for derailing your thread 😂

Understandable, its crazy lately. Its set up as of yesterday, still have to move a bunch of coral in it tomorrow. I'll be doing a build thread on it, but here's what it looked like last night

Looks amazing. I’m sure it was a little work getting everything set up and in place. Looks like a bunch of flow. Those are RS pumps? Can’t wait for build thread.

I’m sure you’re busy too what with a meltdown of our global economy and entire healthcare system...
