How do we get more info on the Moody Gardens back stage tour? :)
I'm not sure if MG has resumed back stage tours yet or not. If you are interested in going on your own, with family, or another group I would recommend going to their website or contacting their group sales office. If you go on your own, you should expect to pay their full listed price.

Marsh typically hosts a Sat/Sun tour with our MG Coral Biologist, Ryan. Sometimes we are joined by Roy or Greg W. (Animal Husbandry Manager for MG). With the Marsh tour there is a discount and the tours are a bit more in depth. There is more opportunity to get into the nuts n' bolts of things. We typically begin advertising about 3-4 weeks out and space is limited.

Due to COVID-19, I do not think that we will be able to offer this opportunity to members right now, however my hope is that as things die down and social settings and larger group gatherings are not as frowned upon and discouraged, that a fall/winter tour MIGHT be possible. We will be sure to keep the MARSHian community updated on developments as well as other opportunities with MG and other Galveston excursions as we become aware of them :)

Awesome! I understand that with covid this is not possible, but I will stay tuned for a fall/winter tour!
