4”?! I caught 7 all around the same size and I believe this is my only survivor. He’s the only one I ever see, there may be others hiding in my rocks but as far as I know I’ve only got the 1. He’s doing well, not harmful to corals, and unresponsive to direct feeding. So I don’t know what he’s eating in there but it’s not coming from me. I spot feed the sexy shrimp reefroids but he didn’t show any interest.Yea they are native to the English Isles down to the Mediterranean. They are hitchhiker invasives to Florida. Just don’t turn him loose in Texas. They can live up to 3 years and reach just shy of 4”.
I moved from Galveston Island to Dickinson about a month ago. Any recommendations as to where I can go to collect some "cleaner crew" critters for my 12 gallon reef?
Actually I heard they pretend to be floating leaves lol
Feel like I'm disappointing my old Ichthyology professor right now...
