>> exactly what I'm wondering -- how to implement if you plan on calcium reactor?

Any thoughts or threads you could point me to?
There's nothing different that you would do. Just dial in the reactor to meet the demand of the tank, then use two part to slowly bump the level to where you want it. Just don't ever use the reactor as a way to boost parameters. Try to get it stable, then adjust the levels from there.

You could still use trident controlled dosing to keep it in range as well like Cody is basically saying. Set levels where you want them l, then reactor keeps things stable. Trident tests and keeps params In range with controlled dosing.

Thought I would update:

I added a calcium reactor 4 weeks ago. I turned off Trident controlled dosing just as it seemed levels would be all over the place. It worked nicely. It was a valuable tool to dial in my calcium reactor and keep my system stable.
