So you put the frozen food in...and it drops it in a nice little thawing tray for you? What’s the difference in just dropping it in a little thawing tray myself. Does it keep the food frozen in carousel for days so that I can go not worry about feeding for a couple days?

Had the same problem. Unplug the wireless controller and the controller that is connected to the gyres then plug back in. Worked for me

You only got one for that big tank? I put one on both ends of my 180 on the oceanic gyre mode. Cleaned up all my dead spots already.

Got a pair myself 3 days ago. Loving it so far. Thinking about going on and getting the WiFi controller. Seems much easier to program with added options as well
