I used to. Never had much of an issue. One DOA that got refunded and one that died prior to shipping. That one took a bit as he was trying to find a replacement but ended up refunding as well. I would order from him again.
have to wonder if when he switched to a bucket of water how much evaporation came into play. although i would expect all concentrations to increase as water volume decreased.

I've used the 3/4"x3/4" natural travertine tiles for years w/no issues (LPS and SPS).
I would just go to lowes/homedepot and find sheets that are damaged (missing tiles) and buy them at a steep discount.
