I tried it using a video and instructions from r2r, there was a lengthly thread on it....was messy and didnt turn out as well as I had liked. Hopefully you will have better luck than I did LOL [emoji4]

isnt there a spray foam you can you that after it settles, you clear coat it. i know of a few people who have done that and even made indentions for frag plugs...
i think that Flexrac knows of this method as well.
