I have been out of the hobby for about 9 years. I got the itch about a year ago to jump back. I’m trying something different this time around. I was a big SPS guy but this time I’m sticking with softies. Mainly for beauty as well as ease of maintenance. Also my 19 daughter use to keep zoas when she was a child a suggested that. (If the addiction gets out a control again I will end up with another setup with SPS’. IYKYK) I’m creating a zoa garden. I wanted to try a low boy set up. I have been acquiring the necessary hard ware and have begun assembling the components. I hope to have it up and running by the end of the weekend. A lot has changed in the last 9 years in the hobby and here as well. My objective is to populate my tank with highly fluorescing Zoas. I will probably place some shrooms in the foreground as well. There will be minimum nano fish and inverts on this build. I’m mainly interested in the radioactive glow of fluorescing zoas. I will post pics as things progress. If any one is interested in selling some glow-zoas message me. I will start stocking after the cycling.
