advice replacing pcs (1 Viewer)

I need to replace the 4 65w pc bulbs that I am using with 2x175 MH(10k).
Should I keep 2 10k and 2 actinic or go with 2 50/50 and 2 actinic? I have the pcs separated on 2 timers with the MH on a third. This is over a 75 ga. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd probably go with 2 10K and 2 actinics. The MH's already have quite a bit of blue in them. Depends on what color you prefer. If you like what you have now or if you want more blue.

Personally, I prefer the added blue of the 50/50s and Actinics combination. You will have a crisper light that will have a good bit of blue in it. I would place them in this order from front to back:

50/50...Actinic...MH...Actinic...50/50

This will give an even spread of the blue light while adding some extra white at the front and back of the tank.

I would do 2 actinics and 2 50/50. with the actinincs coming on first, 50/50 second, and mh last. I have 4 50/50's on my 55. I don't think there is enough actinic to make things florence very well.
