I wanted to give a shout out to AI's customer service. I just bought the AI Blade and after a few days I noticed the light was more prevalent on the power cord side. Down on the gravel, one side of the tank was light while the other was more blue. They are sending me out a new unit. This is how customer service is supposed to be. Notice the power cord in the two pictures and which side the light is better.

I have tried several return pumps. So far the only ones that I have had any luck with are Sicce and Ecotech. My vectra S2 has never failed to start so far. Could this be user error? Entirely possible. You do pay for it though...

For the price those blades are great. I can’t wait to see the par numbers on it.
I have one on a 40 gallon breeder. At 50% was getting 300 on the sand bed directly under the light. Just installed a 48" one on my 180 as well. Requested par meter so will see how it does at 36" deep
