Nems are looking healthy.

Gig is solid. Sebae acting a little shady, purging* occasionally. I’m not set up to medicate a nem this big. Hoping a good environment will let it pull thro.

the carpet looks great though. Actually the whole tank is pretty dope.

as far as aptaisia goes... let me just say that my nano sits on my desk and i spend a fair amount of time inspecting things. every time i see one, i know there are six more i have not found yet. went through dinos and well, couldn't see anything anyways so was thinking maybe the thick algae chocked them out. wrong. every time i go in now there there must be like 20 of the little demons.. the aipaisia-x was pretty effective in the beginning but now it appears they are demanding it as part of their die. I hit'em with it and the net day they are still there surrounded by more of their brethren smiling at me. i bought peps hoping i could find a biological solution... they seemed to take care of it but one day i was getting ready to feed the tank and one of those little mf's runs up on my rbta and just starts laying into it. needless to say, the peps are no more. the real irony is that somewhere along the way, i read that peps can do harm if they don't consume the entire aiptaisia with the pieces that are not consumed becoming whole units themselves. i don't know if that's true, but it felt true when the shrimp where gone and the aiptaisia fortifying its foothold with a display of even stronger numbers. got a couple of things that need to be addressed first but I will go the berghia route as soon as possible. good luck with yours. please let us know what works best for you.
