Hey Brandon,
The speaker sit pretty high away from the tank. I wipe it down every week anyway. I don't really care much for bose speaker as it came w/ the house. My pride and joy are upstair a surround sound from Martin Logan.

NICE!!

I worked at few Tweeter stores in the Houston area and fell in love with these. They have the looks and sound!

GAW,
Yes, they do look and sound great. The sound is so clear that you can hear every word. Too bad that I don't used it as much as I like.

Mario,
Like said the picture is on the first page. Picture does not do it justice. You have to see it in pesron to really put out the extra money for one w/o center brace. I did not care for their stand. As it too low and pricey too. Have someone local to built one for you.

Hey Mitchell,
I was waiting for you to come over and help. You never show up I went ahead and did it myself w/ wife assistance. LOL

whoa, I dont know how I missed those, guess I was sleeping or something lol..

Only thing I that I heard bad was that it had 2 braces in the middle, but yours doesnt. I am assuming you can pay extra to get no braces?

Good idea on the stand, I want my next tank to be pretty high so you dont have to bend over to see in it.

Mario,
Yes I did pay alittle more for one w/o the brace. There's only one brace on the other. But it's about 24" long. It cost couple hundred dollar more but it's worth it to me. You are welcome to swing by and see it yourself. I had a member that showed me his. He bought the one w/ center brace. My stand is @ 38" vs 32" their.

any updates? curious to see if your son has been hard at work to get this thing up and running.

So I was at the house measuring some spaces and just realized that the deep sea aquatics is 5ft long :(
I thought it was 6ft which puts a kink in my plans because I want a 6ft tank ;(
I like the depth and height but was looking forward to 6feet

mario,
My brother help put in the plumbing last weekend. I also have a 6ft wall space. We decide to go for the depth. More space to aquascape. I will be putting rock in over the holiday.

you need more rocks...but i'm digging the left side. i don't necessarily like the middle though. the piece leaning up against the overflow looks funny (at least in two dimensional means).

Hey Brandon,
I'm still working on the rock. The middle have a topper on it. But it may be too tall not enough room for coral growth. I think my right side is slightly high. I have to find a way to bring it down w/o changing the look.

Why not put the right side in the middle and have the rock taper off on each end?

Pile heavy in the center to cover the overflow and to provide more real estate.... having that right side in the center would leave a lot of shaded area so I wouldn't do that...
