Does this looks like a rainbow anemone or a red bubble tip anemone?

A rainbow bta is just a variation of a regular red bta. That beautiful specimen is definitely not a regular rbta. I would say it’s a rainbow. Congrats on such a remarkable anemone. I’m setting up a clown tank in the future I would love to buy one of these from you when it splits
