Dang I'm becoming Reefahholic @Reefahholic - a new tank build every 6 months

I don't do much FB but saw this one on there - only fresh water tested but never used. It was ordered through Oceanlife. It's got a bunch of nice upgrades -plus it was right by the house in Pearland.

• Tank dimensions: 72 X 30 X 30 Planet tank
• Black background
• 20" Tideline External Overflow
• 1" PVC Bottom
• Corner Protectors
• Black powder coated metal trim
• Starfire front/side glass

Not sure if I'm going to use the canopy - still debating. The stand looks awesome with side doors. Inside the stand it's completely water proofed with many coats of poly.

Birthday is coming very soon so got a couple of nice presents for myself. I got the tank and wife got me a nice FN509 tactical pistol with threaded barrel.

That was such a great deal for that tank. If i didn’t get my Waterbox, I woulda jumped at that deal. Keep us posted on your progress.

I tried the fn 509, it’s an excellent shooter.

I wanted something in 400-500 gallon range but wait time is insane now with Planet - 4-6 months at a minimum to get a custom tank.

Oh no - no more acrylic. It was a pain.

My previous acrylic tank was 8 ft by 4 ft wide so imagine cleaning the panels

Never again….

I had the cone 3000 reef octopus for 5 years great skimmer.
