Any Hannah Nitrate Tester out there? (1 Viewer)

What has been your experience so far? I tried one years ago when it first released and ended up getting rid of it. I think I wasn’t liking the consistency. However, I’m curious what y’all’s experience has been using it long term.

I exclusively use the Hanna high range nitrate tester and it's suited me well. Now, the low range one, I threw away years ago. Tbh though, I never have taken multiple readings to check for consistency. I've only ever compared any of my test readings with FM ICP results and it's always been close less a few times.

Glad to hear that. I had one years ago but I think it was a low range and I got rid of it. I bought a high range one the other day and it should be delivered this week.

I reached out to a few professional farmers I know and they all swore by it, which was good news too. Excited to try it out!

Just got it in today and tried it out. Tested it against the Salifert. While the range of the Salifert isn't super specific, I consider their test kits to be rock solid. The salifert read between 5-10ppm. Hannah HR came in at 7.1ppm. I'm going to continue to test the Hannah, but it seemed pretty good today!
