Apex Crash (1 Viewer)

I was in the process last night of updating my firmware and my computer crashed. I now have an orange blinking lite and no info on the screen. Brought over a friend who is a computer genies and said he can’t find it on my system and can’t get to the IP address? I read there are resets but need to use the controller (mine is not working now), is there another way to wipe it?

If it's the 2016 model you can hold the reset button for 1 full minute to factory reset. If its the classic model, I'm not familiar with it.
