Apex hates me and im starting to hate it! (1 Viewer)

it never works for long. Hasn't connected in over a year! Trapped in hurricane Harvey figured i'd update software and that doesnt work! Anyone smarter than I willing to help me trouble shoot?

Tells me it's not connected to fusion. May have something to do with wifi extension BUT it connected with a cable now to the router so maybe that isn't the issue. When I run the update it can't connect.

It needs to be refresh. You need to download the Alex software update. And find the IP address, once you find it dial it in the IP address. Should be 192.168.1. ?? , Once you run the firmware update stop it once it finds your apex. Don't run it all the way. Then you can go into your apex and setup the fusion correctly. Hope this helps.

Hahahahah how do I do that? I thought it was setup correctly.

Some times the apex get drop off the internet. So you can't find the IP address. It happens to me some times and I can't find the apex. But since I can find the apex local address I can go in and fix the issue .

Make sure your apex is connected to the router in order for the firmware update to find it. Run it in your laptop and as soon as it find the IP address. Write it down and type it in your web bar...Then you can go into the apex locally.

I have never lost connection to the apex with a cheap wifi extender in the fish room. The extender was around $25 on amazon.
