Had it up for 2 months now, no issues, but I do have my Saltwater container right beside my tank and just plumbed the dos into the kitchen sink drain, so distance traveled is very minimal. I have it set to do 2.5 gallons each day from 6am-12pm. It is loud so if you are looking for something extra quiet I would hide it in a cabinet and use some kind of sound dampener. AWC is definitely where it is at, I think the tank is much more stable because of it. All I do is mix up salt in my bin and fill up the container every 2 weeks.

Yeah DOS and Trident are loud and annoying. Testing water parameters at 12am not a good idea even with the fish room doors closed. 📢📢📢

Same situation with me - the tank is very close to the fish room closet and I also have a waste water drain line in the closet so super simple. I'm looking at LiterMeter and Kamoer dosing pumps.
DOS and Versa could also work.

haha yeah the noise is real for sure. The kamoer AWC looks interesting, I wonder if they will upgrade the firmware to integrate directly with Hydros, and then you could have a wifi capable AWC system. Even without the direct interface, it would be cool to see Soymilk test out the stability of the Hydros wifi brick with either a mixing station or AWC that is super far from his tank. The versa looks nice as heck with it being so compact, just hard to source.
