Big News for Star Wars Fans. Disney buys Star Wars Franchise and Episode 7, 8 , & 9

I am a huge Star Wars fan. The books, games, and movies are my families and I favorites. Disney has just announced they are buying the Star Wars franchise for 4.8 Billion. It was also announced that Star Wars episode 7, 8, and 9 are coming out. Episode 7 is coming out in 2015. This is awesome news.

Disney buying 'Star Wars' maker Lucasfilm for $4.05B | Fox News

Hopefully they make a new Xbox 360 Star Wars Kinect game. Just thought you wanted to know.

Big news Disney World has been offered to relocate from Florida to Fort Bend. Hmmm seems like a play for the Republicans cause Ft. Bend is heavily democratic right now.

is it? alot of implants from ny and california coming to ft bend too.
Yup talked to people at O'Connor and Associates today and the rules have changed. They're saying an even bigger housing market crash is about to happen. Overinflated home prices were bought mostly from Californians and New Yorkers... they come to their offices thinking hey this 400k home is a steal cause its like a 1.2-1.3 million dollar home from back home. But property taxes are different there. So they're coming in by drones saying that they never expected the property tax to be so high on a cheap home and that most won't be able to keep up with a mortgaged escrow or be able to save enough to pay taxes. My other buddy is a bondsman for home builders and he just pulled out of the Austin market cause homebuilders can't even sell at cost anymore. The prices are fluctuating 60-120% right now, they also told me home loans are about to 11% in the next 1-3 months! Reminds me when my dad told me when he was my age that they were paying 17% at one time. Then there is the problem with infrastructure not being able to handle the demand from so many people.. lets not forget the even larger number coming across the border.

I'm so glad we close on the the 3rd. We will be an hour north/west of Denton. No traffic, low taxes, no neighbors up your business.. and why are we on a thread from 2012?

my buddy's dad told me sorta the same thing. 18% interest on the house but he the house only cost like 45k. 11% interest on 300-500k is mucho caliente.

Check your homestead exemption laws. One of the changes made here in Harris County is that homestead tax rebate doesn't go in effect until the following calendar year after you move in not close.

Honestly it’s not a terrible idea to have a Disney land on the souff side. That’s a lot of tourism money and crappy jobs
