Looks like anemone or coral stings to me. There's a slight possibility it could be black ICH, but I doubt it.

How are their behaviors? Any flashing or breathing anomalies?
no they act like nothing is the matter... i did cut off some of the mushrooms they host today so maybe i pissed off the remaining mushrooms and in return they stung the clownfish?

Agreed. I saw similar marks appear on a pair of ocellaris clowns I had after they chose an Indo torch as a host. The spots cleared up after about a week. Definitely want to keep an eye on them and your other fish for signs of similar spots, rubbing or stringy poo. If you notice an unusual behavior like that treat with Prazi and metro/focus.

I saw this on my previous pair of Perculas. The male would get them occassionally. I spoke with a breeder and was told they were bite marks from the female.

Wow, that's weird. The spots only appear to be on the orange part. Nothing on the white.

I thought at first it was a new breed of clownfish and you were messing with us. Kind of like, "does all these white spots on my gem tang mean he has ich"?
