I've never missed with a rifle but never been bow hunting... I'd love to go one year.

i went on monday, saw the biggest deer of my life...he was on the wrong side of the tree though...stupid bowhunting...

i went again yesterday...and while moving the ladder stand so that i could shoot when he shows up again, the stand started leaning away from the tree...no big deal, i'm only 3-4 feet off the ground...um...yeah...

fail, i was more like 13/14 feet off the ground...i still hurt...not seriously injured though...didn't see the deer...

neighbors dogs run all over the place and they have like 20...so yeah..no deer...except the one runnin about 2999 miles per hour across the road

I made a trip to Gilmer, between Longview and Tyler, last Friday and there were deer all over the place up there. Should be a good season.
