Looking to buy a new or used calcium reactor for my 600 gal system What do you run and how do you like it. Yeas and nays are equally valuable as what not to buy.

Probably need the bigger Geo. Very well built. I have the 618 running for about 9 months I got from Jared. Good build quality and easy to set up.

Triggerfan had a new fancy German reactor that was big. Might want to look into it.

There are three “automatics” that I know of in the market place. Dastaco, Deltec and Wongs unit at Aquarium Engineering. All priced right around $2k. These are the latest technology.

Geo’s are ubiquitous and dependable. There’s a solid entry unit on marsh classified rn.

There’s also an Aquarium Engineering ACR on Facebook used rn as well.

1218 is good for 600-1000g.

maybe an 818 with dual chamber which is good for 6-700g.
