Two weeks ago I ordered some items at http://www.marsh-reef.org/premium-aquatics-inc-/ one of our sponsors.
I have always superior service with them and communicate with Josh the sales rep quite a few times for items in stock or new gadgets, lol.
Well, my box came last week Friday but one box was damaged bad but the item was fine............ what can go wrong with a bucket of salt?!?
The second box was broken or open at the end, when I opened there were two items missing.
I send a email out in the next ten minutes and had a reply within the same time.
Monday we had a few emails more and today less than a week later I received my two missing items, great service and communication.
