Woke up this morning and one of the seams on the 225 split. A lot of water on the floor and a tank about 3/4 drained as well as the sump pump running dry. I have a 225 gallon peninsula tank made out of 3/4" glass that needs to be resealed. If you wanna come get it, it is yours.

Thank you very much Steve I appreciate that. Felix is going to take the 225 back and I have Dennis getting me a quote for a new tank.

The house is okay. Finally got everything dried out. I gotta be honest with you, it looks like a lot of water in the tank but when it is on the floor, it looks like an ocean.

Took a trip to Corpus this morning and picked up a DSA 280 gallon peninsula tank for a good deal. Quick trip but worth it. Now after Felix gets this one out I can get started on the re-build. Upgraded a little bit on size, it is a foot longer.

Thank you. Honestly the first thoughts I had when I saw the flood was, I am done, I give up. After about ten minutes I thought, no way, this means upgrade. I have found that once bitten by the reef bug, you will never get over it.

It's understandable. If my tank leaks, my next tank will be a 30/g. :D

I'm glad you found a new tank Jamie.
