Short answer is no long term. Others may know about short term for juveniles but clowns can be pretty aggressive amongst themselves as adults

CLLARKIS are pretty aggressive and will out grow OCCELARIS, if not enough hiding spaces they may become territorial. Which could lead to loss. But you could be lucky like some and never have a problem. Every fish has their own personality/bullying tactics as humans. But in most cases they tend not to work out. Juveniles I would try (less then 1" for clarki, 1.5" OCC)

I have a pearly eyed Clarkii paired with a black snowflake, but they have grown up from less than 1" together. The Clarkii is about 3" and the snowflake about 2". I would not recommend a pair of each as the Clarkiis will definitely kill the ocellaris, but as an odd mixed pair you may have success.
