I changed my avatar pic today to make it look I was diving with a pilgrim hat on. Because the pic was cropped so much you lose sight of just how many anthias were above this coral head. I think I stayed at this formation for almost 5 minutes. It was so peaceful to watch ALL of these anthias swimming around in the current. The name of the dive site was Treasure Chest in central Indonesia. This dive trip was in October of 2018. Enjoy!

You’ve got something stuck in your mouth in the pic. Hard to tell it’s even you!

How deep was this dive?
This part of the reef wasn't that deep. I think I was only in about 15 to 20 feet of water. This pic was taken in natural lighting without any lens filters so not very deep at all. I think the first part of this dive started off at 60 or so. Until I typed this up I had forgotten that I had the dive briefing drawing for this dive. We were at the top of the pinnacle for this pic. So 10+ feet or so.

Dream of mine to dive indo. Been a lot of places and dive frequently, but never anywhere worth showing off. That’s an expensive trip over there. Jealous of you for sure!
