I made this earlier this afternoon. So far, so good.

I should have taken a pic when daylights were full on. It would have been easier to see.

How did u make the rack?
I cut a piece off on the table saw. I just eyeballed what size for the width. Then I took agg crate and put that on top. I used a permanent marker to mark every other square in the egg crate. I drilled a whole where I marked. Then, to give it legs, I just took some 5/8" acrylic rod and cut 4 equal lengths. A little pvc glue to put them in place and I was good.

The regular drill bits work fine for cutting the holes, and he's right, you absolutely NEED a drill press. There are also acrylic specific drill bits that I recommend. They leave a much cleaner hole. Or you could just get a laser cutter and spend a few months working out designing software :bounce:

I didn't have a forsner bit. I just had a spade bit laying around. You get pretty good holes when you drill in from both sides. The spade bit self centers, so it's good.
