This place was formally known as Aquacon and other names. It's located in Florida. The address changes. Just do a search for Aquacon and you'll find a wealth of ripoff reports.

This website has reincarnated under various different names over the years. The guy is a scam artist and will take you money.

I had a feeling this was him so I did some research and found that the domain is indeed registered to the same scumbag!
