My female (I assume since it was the largest of the two) ocellaris clown was found inert at the bottom of the tank last evening although it was perfectly doing fine during the day. :( the male is now left alone and I am reading different things on the topic: is it mostly recommended to introduce a new juvenile clown? Or should I just leave this one be? Thanks

Introduce a juvenile. I would try to find out why the other one died first. How long did you have her? Did you QT? What are your water parameters? Are any other fish showing any signs of illness. If you analyze the answers to these questions, you will probably find the answer. If not, I would wait a few weeks before adding any new additions.

Thanks for the response so here are the parameters as of today:
Nitrates 10-20ppm
Ammonia 0
pH 8.2
Alk. 6.1dKH
Magnesium 1200ppm
Phosphates 0.5ppm
Calcium 430ppm

Any thoughts?
All other fish and corals ok. My RBTA just split.
