I normally jut super glue the clownfish to anemone and they start hosting immediately!

You give a clown long enough and put 2-3 anemones in the tank, they will eventually find them. Clowns will stick to the part of a tank where they feel the most comfortable. Especially if there are several other fish in the system. Sometimes this will prevent the clown from being hosted early on, but as they settle in they will find them.
