Sweet. I just love technology. Its really a bad combo with my luck. (n) to boot if it is defective I'm going to have to pay for the repair. I bought it over a year ago and has just sat in the box waiting for me to get to the point of setting it up.

Already disconnected the line and sucked water out of the sump so the issue isn't there.

I had this very same issue, turned out to be what looked like a very small piece of carbon plugging the hose deep inside the unit. Once you open it up you will see several little tubes that you can remove to clear each line... your gonna have to take it apart but you’ll see that once inside it’s a pretty simple setup.

well for starters you know that its the source line thats the issue... follow that line one hose at a time until you find the clog.

So I didn’t have clog but after disconnecting the hose and letting water drain into the unit vis siphon from sump the trident started filling the cuvet. However I noticed when it went to drain it was leaking from the star that all the hoses connect to. Long story short I had to trim 1/8” off the drain hose and reconnect it to the star. After a few tests I put everything back together.

here is the result

Just follow the black sample line from the outside to the inside. It should be labeled 3 coming into the white manifold. Where the line sits in the white holder is a button which holds it in. Just press the button and pull the tube out. It’s very easy. I’ve had to do it twice now due to clogs.
