Not sure where to start or why some of these numbers would be high. Any advice is welcome.

agree with Dennis. There is a good breakdown there about what is needed and what isn't important. Are you currently dosing anything? High Al can come from GFO is you are using it and it is aluminum based instead of iron based.

The Cu is an unusual one. That shouldn't be there. I had a measurable amount in mine initially and found a rusted worm clamp on a hose high above my sump. It must have dropped a piece of rust or something in there because it went away on the next test. It's not high enough to cause concern yet but warrants monitoring.

You could benefit by dosing iodine since yours is low. Everything else looks pretty good.

Triton detox will help with heavy metals. BRS has it for around 30 bucks and it goes a long way
