It looks like a mono, or Monodactylus argenteus. They are largely a brackish water fish, but they can live salt or freshwater as well.

@frankc - Thanks for the ID. Reading info on them right now. I am doing my "homework" on fish to add to my new reef setup.

I only have tangs in my QTs and looking to add a little variety. No tank cover for a while, so I don't want to risk wrasses yet.
