How big are the clowns? I have a trap but it’s kinda small and not like the others but I’ve caught a lot fish using it.
The bigger one is about 3 inches, the smaller one is around 2 inches.

I think mine will work, you will prob have to catch 1 at a time, and it has to rest on a rock or the sand bed. You have to tie some fishing line to the mouth of it and when the fish is in there u pull the string down, the trap goes vertical and trapping the fish. Hope that made sense. What part of Richmond are you in?

It's an acrylic box with a moveable door, basically. You put some food in the back of it, and when (if) the fish swims in, you pull a line to close the door. When you have a reef tank with a lot of rock and coral, it can be nearly impossible to catch a fish with a net without destroying everything, so a trap can be very useful.
