I was there too. He'll be back. The big problem for him is .........to rebuild his store, ALL of the tanks will have to come out so they can redo sheetrock, paint, wiring, etc. Where do you move and store that many tanks? Fortunately the shop next door to him moved out last weekend and the space is available. I am trying to get him to work a deal with the landlord to take over that space. That way, all he has to do is paint and a little build out. He could be back in business in a few months.

We'll see what he ends up deciding but looking around town for affordable space is impossible. Plus, if he moves to a new location, what are the chances old customers that aren't on here will be able to find him? As much as I hate to drive from Pearland, I hope he moves next door and gets back open soon. Dennis is a great guy. He deserves our support, especially with as much as he has done for Marsh.

I offered him a 1200 sq ft insulated/electricity car storage. Easy to move everything into one of those...

Daves old place would be great if he could get the rent right
You ain't gonna get that rent down off the beltway. Rents keep going up in that area. My rents live off eldridge just right down the street from there. They rent buildings all the time off Brittemoore ...too much overhead, hard to make a good profit for small... tiny small business owners.
