I bought the Olympus Tough TS - 6 and it is pretty cool to take pics with. The PICS I am posting are some of my zoa colonies. There is no filter on these, just using underwater mode on camera and using a setting for adjusting white balance to underwater, shallow, med or deep depth

Nice. It looks like that camera is a few generations of updates from the TG-820 that I got in 2012. A lot of the coral pics I post are from this camera.

It's a camera versus a phone camera. You would have to look at specs of each camera to see what's what. Personally, a $400 camera designed for underwater use vs $1000+ phone makes more sense to me.

It's about time Olympus came out with an update to the Tough series! I think the TG-6 came out in 2019...or something like that. I have a TG-4 that I use as a backup camera to my main underwater camera and considered buying the TG-6 but at the time it just wasn't worth the upgrade. Olympus seems to not make big improvements from one model to the next.

Yeah I have the tg6 as well. Will be selling it now of course, but this upgrade has worked out quite well
