Have you watch the instructional videos?

I’ve watched so many videos from them and end users I’m sick of even seeing their products. It took me a total of 10 hrs to get the KH Director setup only to have to deal with connectivity issues. Even on LAN it was just far too slow.

I’m more than sure it’s not user error. I spent far too much time trying to make this work. Multiple videos and setup instructions from the manufacturer. I have the doser 2.1SA connected to the router but it will not connect to my GHL Or the phone app. It pings just fine which means it is on the network. It will connect to GHL control on the pc just fine but when it comes to their sorry ********* cloud and the phone app it simply will not work… there shouldn’t be so much frustration involved to perform such a simple task…
