From what I gather it is one way to split them if large enough! I also have some teal candy cane heads I would be happy to pass you if you’re not interested in a nem!

I've only heard stories! you're braver than I am for sure; as far as taking aid I'll decline for now on the premise that other reefers suffered losses as well :)

Yea, honestly I cringe at the thought of it but I have also heard it works fine and I am willing to sacrifice one for the group! At any rate I look forward to seeing how your tank grows and happy reefing!!!

Shout out to @mittens, Things are starting to feel like a tank again. Awesome to see local reefers help out in times like this. She is now beating gregg in the race for president ;)

Glad to help. Just doing my part with all that had happened. I’ll sit out on the race though and be a happy spectator.

Ok... let me jump in the race here. I have received nothing but love from this group so I would like to offer a large RBTA (in sections) up to those like yourself who’s reef crashed. If Mittens is willing to teach me how to properly cut it for sharing purposes. Pic JUST for color reference as this specific nem is my fav!....also I have to get one off my rock! b9b4a84c75e6b3cd1728ff35c57adba5.jpg

Cutting nems is a lot easier than it seems. I just use a surgical blade and cut right down the center of the nem. Make sure you get as even of a cut as possible, where you get half the mouth and half the foot on both splits. I can do a demo on one of David’s nems at Galactic. I probably should ask him before I volunteer his nem.

Thanks marsh for the frags, gear, swag, and awesome delivery guy!
You got to admit it was pretty cool @OceansX and @Cody volunteered to hand deliver all the packages. Those guys don’t get paid a dime, not even a free tshirt, they use their own gas and take off from doing their normal jobs to get it done.
