Good morning everyone,

If you own one of the new Hanna Magnesium checkers they had an issue with reagents which is causing the tests to read high. Sounds like reagent A is degraded. If you own one of these checkers then go to Hanna’s website and they will send you new reagents in 6-8 weeks. The link to the form is here: HI783 - We are Sorry!
