The purple stuffs, I don’t think they are mushrooms.

Red Bubble algae is my guess. The bubbles can be weird and lumpy and not as uniform as it's green counterpart. Treat it the same way as regular bubble algae.

Thanks guys! These things feels like a soft coral and can easily peel it off from the rock. I just don’t want to kill it if they’re corals.
