Hello, I was wondering if there is anyone around the 77386 area that could come help lift a large tank onto the stand. It's an 8 ft plywood/glass tank and is quite heavy. Looking at doing it this Saturday afternoon. I can pay in bbq

I'm down for some BBQ. I can come if you can confirm it's going down. I have lifts, suction cups, etc.. but plywood tank I don't think suction cups will work. I have 1000lb lifts. Probably better to just use raw man power though on that tank.

Definitely happening. it has glass sides for the suction cups. the tank is on furniture rollers now so we literally just have to pick it up and put it in place on the stand

The move went very smoothly, and my wife and I stuffed ourselves with some really good bbq. Looking forward to seeing the tank set up, and eating more bbq.

I never got an invite for BBQ
Oh sorry, it was an open invite. You are welcome to stop by any time to talk reef over some bbq.

I’ll be working on the plumbing this week and getting ready to start mixing water.
