That is Sea squirts or tunicates..

Pretty cool find. I’m jealous. Did you use true live rock?

@steveb I did, got 80lbs of it from a guy in Conroe last year. Had thousands of Asteria in it but a couple of Harlequin took care of that. It's got yellow and white sponge all over the place but this is the first I've seen of this guy. I assumed it was a filter feeder of some sort.
