Ok so I have a problem with my sump... so I’m having my main drain back flow up and over my sump. It does it very quietly too so, and I need to reseal my stand as well. I’ll show pics so y’all can get an idea.

Any trigger sump owners, do you know how I can take off the black entry pipe into the sump? If you can plz let me know how I can do so. If you don’t know what I’m talking a keg look at the pic.

Is it glued?

If so you're kinda stuck with it. You could always put a short length of pipe on it with a hose barb fitting.

It unscrews into a fitting under the acrylic. Use a rubber oring on the topside when putting back together.

Idk if it’s glued or not. If it what I’ll do is replace the flex tubing with hard plumbing. A new diy sump is also on the table but that’s the last resort.

or a hammer

I would try hands first before using tools. if you do use tools be easy. If you bought it used someone may have glued them.

Mine unscrewed by hand. Would recommend only hand tightening.
