How do you clean your acrylic tank? (1 Viewer)

Just got my first acrylic tank going. Not sure how to safely clean the inside/outside panels without scratching.

Any tips or pads y’all acrylic masters suggest? This is for a 1/2” thick walled tank.

original magic eraser, pads that say acrylic safe, microfiber cloths - just make sure you don't pick up any debris when using them. Its usually not the pads that scratch its the junk they pick up.

I use flipper w/ acrylic scraper attachment and these lifeguard pads

I use a Kroger card to clean my acrylic sump. LOL. Used to do the same with my frag tank.

yep. lots of people have been doing it for lots of years. NOT the scented ones..
