I start by going into my Korean wife's section of the pantry and pull out the 김 (salted seaweed sheets). I eat a couple packs to get a nice lining in my stomach where the stomach acids absorb and break down the salt, miscellaneous ingredients, etc. From there, I wink a few times at each tang until they come to surface and eat the regurgitated seaweed like a mother bird feeding it's young.

That, or I just rip up a bunch of small strips and throw them in the pee cup where I thaw all of my frozen food to make a fish food gumbo. I use a couple types of small shrimp, fish eggs (everyone should be feeding fish eggs. They're great for small fish, medium fish, and corals), coral food (I vary which brand I use), and fish flakes when my phosphates and nitrates are running lower than usual. Everyone in the tank is happy.

I keep it simple I feed my fish Tetra brand and I add dried sea weed to the container. I am hoping this is enough for my Emperor to not get lateral line disease ya
