I made a little video of my fragging tonight. First time using a wood chisel and I couldn't be happier. Enjoy.

Will a flat head screw driver work? I don’t think we have any chisel, and I’d like to get some mushrooms and my bam bam zoas off a rock.
It would probably work, but you can pick up a 1/4" wood chisel at home depot for less than $10. The difference is that the chisel has a sharp edge so it gives you more control over the cut plus it means you don't have to tap it as hard to cut the rock. If you're tapping in your tank, the rock gets the energy from the hit then passes it along to the sand and the bottom panel of glass in your tank. That's why the softer you can tap, the better. That's achieved with a sharper edge.
