I've got some large turbos you can have
Those work great and I appreciate the offer. Gonna try and avoid all snails due to Vermetids until they slip into the system. Just Acro's and Fish for awhile and I'm gonna see how long I can avoid them. I gotta say it's gonna be difficult to fight algae w/o snails going BB/DR. Plus trying to avoid torch's or hammers (where they love to get). That's where the real pain sets in. Maybe I can get some and Dremel the bases put them under a scope. Those little buggers are so hard to see I'm probably just gonna avoid high risk corals all together. I know they don't grow on live acro tissue.

I don't understand why people hate Vermetids so much. Sure, they stab you when you try to move a rock, but other than that I have not seen them cause any issues.

Agreed. They are good at removing organic particulates from the water column. Their webs can irritate coral though, so best to keep an eye on that from time to time

It's usually when the webs break free and cover parts of the coral.

I think they look horrible all over the rocks and coming up through basing Acro’s. They get all in your pipes and can clog flow and they are just annoying in general. They just don’t appeal to me at all. :)

Never had them get that bad, but do agree that would be a pita. So for a maintenance standpoint, 100% agree.

My live aquaria tang purchasing has been more miss than hit. I did get a purple tang from them a few weeks back when they were on sale and I had a credit, and it seems to be very healthy thus far.
