I have no idea how to identify this, and if it’s normal. (1 Viewer)

I had long hair algae during ugly stage. (See pic for example) Conque (sp) snails took care of most of it a week ago. Brown powder algae is mostly dissipated from sand bed at this point. I am however noticing a 1/4 mucus like translucent white slime over 1-2 rocks that were previously completely covered in hair algae. It appears it may be trapping gas or air. Not sure what I’m looking at. Can anyone identify so I can research the possible threat?

It’s a very thin layer coating and conforming to the surface of the rock. Maybe 1/8th inch thick. But it’s heavy on 1 rock and mostly non existent on any other.
Film like? Most likely a bacterial bloom.

If you can remove that one rock, I'd do so and use an old toothbrush to clean it off.
