Looks like blue clavularia to me , hard to make out from the picks -----

Or perhaps blue anthelia unlikely ....search on google see if they look like the images up close

Yes indeed, blue clove polyps. Seems to propagate quite quickly. Thanks..

I just placed several nickel size rocks next to colony hoping some will spread onto them. Got both of your info so if everything goes well, the small rock is yours. No promise though as newbie still trying out things.
