I wanted to do a high end anemone tank and got a used 20G JBJ Cubey from a fellow Marshian. Took off the hood and upgraded the light to a Kessil A160WE. The hardest part was deciding where to place it. Wife made the decision for me LOL. Now cycling '-)

Which nems are you going to stock it with?

It's a wild bubble tip anemone from Galactic Coral. Second one is a Chicago Sunburst.
Its a bubble tip? Looks like a hairy mushroom haha! Would be interested to see it bubbled up though. Is that his pic or the pic he got from his supplier?

I made a floating rock and acrylic screen for the top. Look at the condensation :) I went with a Hydro ato because you can put in any replacement pump if it fails. My apex pump failed recently and it annoyed me that I had no other pump alternative.

Didn't realize there was so much silicates in the rocks and water. So ugly! Must be patient :)

I replaced the Kessil 160WE with a Radion XR15. I decided to run this off a Reeflink instead of my Apex. It also allows me to do more light "testing" LOL.

Protein skimmer installed. Surprisingly, it pulled out some tea colored skimmate. Also put in a temporary clown and some ultra rainbow nems. The forest fire digi on the floating rock was last minute. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet. Thought?

I think the digi on the floating rock looks great.
Thanks. I'm still trying to visualize how it will look once grown out. Maybe I can incorporate a green or purple stag as well. I don't think the nems mind :)

So the acrylic cover experiment didn't work out. It warped under the Radion. Made a proper screen this time around. Also added an 11w UV. Hopefully that would help with the green dust algae.
